As the largest material handler in the lineup, the Develon® DX300MH-5 is built for the most demanding material handling functions. It features a fixed 6 ft. cab riser with hydraulic tilt, straight boom and droop nose stick, sandwiched counterweight, rotate grapple ready hydraulics, and additional guarding.
In addition to four power modes, the DX300MH-5 includes lifting work mode, which provides increased pump torque, low engine RPMs, and an automatic power boost.
Designed to withstand the toughest material handling tasks, the Develon® DX250WMH-5 delivers powerful performance and lasting strength. Built with front and rear stabilizers, additional guarding, and a boom and arm specifically designed for material handling tasks, it’s ideal for applications such as scrap metal, solid waste, and logging.
The 48.8 hp Develon® DX50Z-7 mini excavator, part of the 5-metric-ton size class, offers a zero tail swing design ideal for doing challenging road building or construction projects in confined areas.
Featuring an all-Develon design, the DX50Z-7 includes an increased, integrated counterweight for improved balance when digging and lifting, a backfill blade, and a rubber track undercarriage for superior flotation and traction. A steel track undercarriage option is available for working around sharp objects.
Additional features include integrated slew brakes, torque-limiting piston pumps and a width-protected swing frame.
The 47-hp (net) DX42-7 conventional tail swing model delivers the power, maneuverability and versatility you expect from a DEVELON mini excavator.
Ideally sized for digging, lifting, backfilling and working in crowded or confined work areas, it features fast cycle times, efficient torque-limiting piston pumps that respond to load demands, and a larger counterweight to improve balance and durability.
The DEVELON DTL35 compact track loader is up for anything. Its vertical lift configuration and superior dump reach enable the machine to extend its forward reach, making it easier to deposit materials into high-sided trucks or other elevated areas. An optional 300-lb. additional counterweight further improves the machine’s lifting and hauling capacity.
The standard hydraulic quick-coupler-ready design and updated auxiliary hydraulics make for quick attachment changes.
The auto return-to-dig feature automatically returns the arms to the lowered position, saving time and delivering a more consistent digging depth. Its lift arm float enables attachments to automatically adjust to raised ground.
