Takeuchi has come out with its TB250-2 compact excavator

This machine is a 5-ton excavator at 10,957 pounds that is designed for a wide variety of tasks which include: landscaping, general contracting, and rental.

The standard long arm has a dig depth of 12’ 4.8” to just over 20’ max reach with an integrated thumb mount.

Its 39 horsepower engine is EPA Final Tier 4 Emission Compliant and provides excellent access to all daily service points.

TB250-2 compact excavator´s main auxiliary circuit provides over 24gpm, includes detent mode for continuous oil flow for a variety of hydraulic attachments, and has a proportional thumb wheel that delivers precision control to increase versatility and functionality for attachments.

From the spacious cabin, the operator can adjust hydraulic flow rates and control multiple attachments presets. The seat comes equipped with adjustable high back suspension and the ability to custom set the weight, fore and aft position, and tilt. The operator can work comfortably with the high capacity HVAC system and the large easy to read monitor where they can keep track of machine health and performance.

The all-steel construction and wraparound counterweight deliver outstanding protection and durability. In addition, the aerial service hoods boost and streamline access to key daily inspection points.

All grease points are on one side and easy to locate. The fuel fill is just behind the lockable access panel and a site gauge makes refueling simple.
