ACT expands its material handling equipment offering with ePicker and Hangcha material handling equipment. The product lines will not only expand ACT’s product breadth, they also bring with them an expansion of ACT’s ability to offer material handling equipment to new potential customers in geographic areas never before tapped by the company’s material handling division.
Electric equipment is ePicker’s specialty and their wide range of products includes some of the most popular sizes and capacities of equipment including four-wheel and three-wheel sit down forklifts as well as electric pallet jacks, stackers and work assist vehicles that can safely lift personnel up to reach racking and shelving for order picking and maintenance tasks.
Hangcha’s offering rivals other manufacturer’s full range of products with most any type of material handling equipment on offer. Internal combustion cushion and pneumatic forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and even very large pneumatic forklifts are offered. Hangcha’s equipment is manufactured at a state-of-the-art facility using the latest technology making them competitive with any material handling equipment manufacturer.
ACT’s two divisions will come together like never before and there will be a connection between them at all locations. This material handling expansion brings with it more common knowledge between sales, service, rentals and parts departments, strengthening ACT’s offering to all customers.
Some commonalities can already be found between the products offered by each division. Telehandlers and aerial work platforms are essential equipment often used in both industrial applications and in construction applications, making the connection between divisions logical. Some of these common types of equipment are already offered by ACT.
